The process is what we call:
Real Estate Dedicated Imaging or ‘ReDI’.
The 1st Part of the process requires our photographer to visit the property and use specialist camera equipment to take a series of photographs that we then processes in photo-editing software, which yields what we call ‘SuperShots’. The result is that the viewer has an entirely different experience than would occur were the same image achieved using a standard camera. Now, instead of a ‘cropped’ view of the room limiting the viewer to a narrow view, a broader view of the room comes in to perspective.
The 2nd part of the process requires our photographer to use the same specialist camera equipment to take a series of photographs of the entire room, from a central point in the room. Each of these is imported into a Flash movie generator and combined into one separate and unique ‘Walkthru’ for the entire property - the viewer literally wanders through the property online from the comfort of their own home, using nothing more than their computer and a mouse.
These two techniques culminate in the production of a REALWalkthru™ - an online tour with four component parts:

- Guided Tour
- Floor Plan Display
- Photo Gallery
The result of all of this is the best onlline presence a home can be given.
